Become a vital part of Home Hardware's bilingual customer service team in St. Jacobs. This 10-month term position emphasizes fast, accurate communication while assisting Dealers in a hybrid work model.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Your experience in customer service and ability to navigate multiple systems will be crucial while supporting Dealers with order processing and operational information. This role requires excellent fluency in both English and French, with a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate operational information to Dealers and staff

• Navigate systems for order inquiries and resolutions

• Assist with Special, Courier, and Emergency Demand Orders

• Generate reports for Retail Field Teams and Dealers

• Support Dealer payment inquiries and terminal issues

Requirements:

• High School diploma; business courses preferred

• 2-3 years in bilingual customer service

• Retail experience an asset

• Strong computer literacy, especially in Windows and Office

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
