This role calls for a college diploma in Architectural Technology and a minimum of 3-5 years CAD work experience, particularly in electrical design. You’ll maintain high BIM standards, collaborate with project teams, and produce vital 3D models for on-site use. Your input will drive effective installation decisions throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model electrical services accurately in Revit
• Maintain adherence to BIM company standards
• Collaborate with project managers and trades
• Utilize shop drawings to reflect accurate designs
• Produce 3D and 2D As-Built drawings
Requirements:
• College diploma in Architectural Technology
• BIM Certification mandatory
• 3-5 years of CAD experience, with a focus on electrical
• 1-2 years as a BIM coordinator in the US
• Proficient in both Revit and 3D/2D environments
