Training Manager for Aviation at Swissport

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing training compliance and quality for all fuel stations within the NOAM region. As a Training Manager, you will work alongside business partners and lead Station Trainers to implement operationally effective learning solutions that align with Swissport's values. Your ability to coach and mentor will be crucial in preparing new trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure quality of training sessions

• Oversee training schedules and maximize efficiency

• Conduct observations and gather feedback for improvement

• Collaborate on learning solutions with TLD team

• Create onboarding experiences for new trainers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred

• 3+ years’ experience in training management

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends

• Ability to travel up to 50%, sometimes on short notice
