Position: Early Childhood Educator at NSCECE
Location: Kings County (Kingston)

In this permanent role, your focus will be on nurturing children's growth through best practices in early childhood education. You will develop educational programs, observe developmental milestones, and engage children in rich learning activities.

Experience with children having diverse challenges is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor learning plans based on children's assessments

• Create and implement supportive child-care programs

• Engage children with stories, songs, and creative arts

• Monitor children’s behavior and submit written observations

• Communicate developmental information to parents and colleagues

Requirements:

• Certified as Child Development Assistant or Supervisor

• First Aid and CPR certifications are necessary

• Prior experience with special needs children is advantageous

• Excellent relationship-building skills with families

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in childcare
