Nordex invites applications for the Major Correctives Specialist position. You will guide on-site teams to perform critical turbine component replacements and repairs. This position involves a blend of leadership, technical acumen, and safety oversight, crucial for executing successful project outcomes across the wind sector in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the replacement and repair of turbine components
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Oversee daily technician schedules and workflow
• Facilitate safety compliance training for team members
• Manage equipment inventories and project documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Major Corrective wind industry projects
• High School diploma required; 2-year degree preferred
• Proven track record in safety protocol adherence
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals
• Must be able to work variable schedules and extensive travel
