In this role, you will manage field maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of renewable energy solutions. With advanced diagnostic tool proficiency, you will also oversee technician training, carry out safety assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your contributions will be critical to maintaining system reliability and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent maintenance on renewable energy systems

• Undertake inspection and performance testing of assets

• Guide and mentor lower-level technicians in maintenance tasks

• Document maintenance activities and lead daily safety meetings

• Monitor and respond to system performance in an on-call capacity

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of renewable energy field experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must hold a valid current driver’s license and speak French

• Understanding of electrical safety and regulatory requirements

• Experience with diagnostic tools and management software
