Parts Advisor
We are looking for an exceptional Parts Advisor to join our team in Eckville, AB.

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

Acting as an advisor to clients to educate them on the parts they need and related parts they should consider or may need.

Sourcing and recommending parts to clients on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands such as:

Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Claas, and more;

Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)

Managing and sourcing parts from electrical, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, etc.

Working the front or back counter as necessary, depending on the traffic flow of the business.

Answering customer inquiries over the phone or through e‑mail.

Responding to customers in a timely manner and keeping a record of quotes that can be accessed by other team members.

Inventory counts as needed.

What are we looking for?

A person with a desire to enter and complete the Parts Technician Journeyman program.

An aptitude to learn and understand technical requirements from clients and provide solutions.

Good computer skills to use a range of different sites.

Focus on client satisfaction and building long‑term relationships to keep our clients coming back.

Demonstrate and be comfortable suggesting other solutions that a client may need or related parts for repairs.

Some flexibility to work on‑call during busy seasons
