Summary:

ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance, previously known as Humane Alliance, focuses on the training of high-quality, high-volume, and low-cost companion animal sterilization. Starting in 1994 as a small spay/neuter clinic in Asheville, NC, Humane Alliance grew into a nonprofit organization nationally recognized for fostering a mentoring culture across the country to successfully replicate its tried and tested clinic model. In 2015 Humane Alliance merged with the ASPCA, thus allowing us even greater exposure and resources to expand our programs. In 2019, we sterilized over 25,000 dogs and cats in western North Carolina alone.
