Under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager, the SAP Business Analyst is primarily responsible for the day-to-day support activities of the logistic-store business process users and of the ERP RAMCO. This position is required to :
Answer SAP-WM and RAMCO user support requests;
Identify and recommend improvements;
Perform tests and deploy enhancements;
Document requirements and solutions.
Offer expertise and support users in connection with logistics-store processes in SAP and all processes in RAMCO;
Create and maintain relevant documentation for optimal use of the above business processes
Perform application tests: prepare test plans and coordinate activities related to quality control of delivered solutions;
Participate and/or support configuration tasks and system data maintenance;
Manage changes: identify issues related to changes resulting from the implementation of solutions and make recommendations for their management;
Benchmarking market best practices: understand customer needs, compare L3Harris MAS business practices with other companies in the same sector (benchmarking) and ensure the best solutions are provided to meet the objectives of the organization.
Bachelor of Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of SAP and/or RAMCO (strong asset);
Good communication skills, team player, ability to influence, autonomy, initiative, interest in exploring new technologies, customer oriented;
Skillful in structuring and analyzing data and solutions and making it easy to communicate results to different audiences;
Ability to take ownership of business processes quickly to provide support to units and act as a resource person;
Fluent in French and English written and spoken (essential).
Operational requirements :
Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program ;
Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “ Reliability ” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
Location not accessible via public transportation, car required.
