At ELK Valley Resources, the Applications Trainer plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful software training across the organization. Reporting to the Application Training Lead, you will design training programs tailored to end user needs while ensuring materials remain current and effective. Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs

• Conduct needs assessments and track training participation

• Design training documentation and ensure updates

• Create competency-based training videos

• Communicate software-related issues with support teams

Requirements:

• Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite®

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

• Familiarity with software technology trends

• Experience in staff development is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively
