Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)
Join a fast-paced environment as a User Support Technician, providing hands-on technical support at a retailer or ISP location. This in-person role emphasizes effective user assistance and system performance.
Your contributions will be vital in managing user difficulties, redesigning software applications, and leading a team of support staff. You will set up equipment and ensure proper installations to drive user satisfaction and efficiency within technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users in accessing critical computer networks
• Oversee and report on network performance regularly
• Troubleshoot technical issues, advising users on solutions
• Document technical problems and successful resolutions
• Facilitate the setup of hardware and software for users
Requirements:
• CompTIA Security+ and MCSA Certifications required
• Network+ and A+ Certifications beneficial
• Proficient in MAC, Unix, and various network systems
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel
