Testing pool and spa water, recommending treatments, and assisting customers with part identification are key responsibilities. You'll also guide clients through maintenance routines and manage inventory to ensure all supplies are organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test pool and spa water and explain results clearly

• Guide customers on seasonal maintenance routines

• Reach out for chemical replenishment prompts

• Troubleshoot cloudy water and equipment issues

• Assist customers in ordering replacement parts

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or technical roles
