Dollarama District Manager

Position: Dollarama District Manager Role
Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Become a key operational leader as a District Manager at Dollarama, managing multiple stores to drive performance and employee success. Focus on day-to-day operations and strategic recruitment.

In your position as District Manager, you will oversee 10 to 18 stores, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will lead store managers in maintaining operational standards, achieving sales targets, and developing staff through comprehensive training and motivation methods.

Your role includes managing resources efficiently to ensure stores are well-stocked and aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational performance of assigned stores

• Recruit and coach high-performing teams

• Execute operational programs and supplier initiatives

• Analyze performance indicators and address gaps

• Facilitate the opening of new store locations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of management experience in retail

• At least 4 years in a Store Manager role

• Preferred degree in a relevant field

• Proven operational and team leadership capabilities

• Strong analytical and planning competency
