Bulk Plant Operator at Sanjel

Join Sanjel as a Bulk Plant Operator, where you'll manage cement blending and loading operations while maintaining safety standards.

Your role is vital in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our bulk plant.

In this hands-on position, you will report directly to the Supervisor of Logistics. Key responsibilities include blending cement and chemicals, loading trucks, and performing maintenance on plant equipment. Thoroughly understanding job proposals and calculating mixtures will ensure seamless operations on site, adhering to safety protocols at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review job proposals to prepare for blending cement and chemicals

• Calculate and blend chemical mixtures for various jobs

• Monitor pneumatic pressure during loading and blending processes

• Load materials onto bulk trucks for customer delivery

• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant bulk plant experience preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Solid math skills for calculations and measurements

• Familiarity with MSDS, TDG, and PPE is essential
