As a Grain Elevator Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to guide and support team members while managing day-to-day grain operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor hourly team members in grain handling

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in grain facilities

• Preferred education in Ag Mechanics or related field
