Position: In-Home Care RN for Lindsay Area
Location: Peterborough County and North Hastings County (Lakefield)

Provide exceptional nursing care as an In-Home Care RN in the Lindsay area. Focus on personalized health needs for one client while ensuring quality, compassionate care.

This Dedicated RN role emphasizes autonomous work within a supportive team. You will deliver wound care and maintain client health progress through precise documentation and communication. Excellent organizational skills will enhance how you manage your care schedule and engage meaningfully with your client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored nursing care for one client

• Perform wound care and associated treatments

• Document client health and care progress accurately

• Establish effective communication with clients

• Plan and manage your care schedule effectively

Requirements:

• Current RN membership with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Mandatory experience in wound care

• Driver’s license and vehicle for transportation

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
