Overview
An exciting opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to join the nursing ward management team within Ward 4, Queen Margaret Hospital. Ward 4 is an 18-bed mixed‑sex ward providing ongoing assessment to older adults with organic mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage within the ward, supporting team members and associated professionals.

Provide high‑standard, person‑centred clinical care.

Contribute to optimising teamwork and support the Senior Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

Registered mental health nurse with significant experience in adult mental health in‑patient services.

Demonstrable leadership skills.

Degree level education or equivalent experience.

Commitment to person‑centred care, professional development and quality improvement.

Eligibility
Applicants must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment and must have a right to work in the UK.
