Dedicated Practical Nurse

Position: Dedicated Full-Time Practical Nurse
Location: Middlesex (Clinton)

Work as a Dedicated Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) offering top-quality resident care. Maintain high standards by following set protocols and nursing best practices.

You will play a vital role in enhancing nursing management and quality of care within the organization. Daily responsibilities include taking vital signs, directing care activities, and training personnel to foster better service. You will also manage nursing staff and ensure comprehensive care for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to care protocols for residents

• Monitor and record vital signs and symptoms

• Direct functions related to resident care effectively

• Assist in managing nursing team and personal care staff

• Train new hires while addressing concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Eligible for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association

• Bilingualism in English and French considered beneficial

• Experience in long-term care settings an asset

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
