Position: Specialized RN for Student Care
Location: Raleigh

Deliver essential RN nursing services in a school environment, focusing on complex medical needs. Collaborate closely with educational teams to ensure student health and safety.

As a contract Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to students requiring RN-level oversight. The role involves developing individualized medical plans, managing patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work schedule will adapt to student-specific needs, aligning with school days and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care for students

• Coordinate care plans with families and healthcare providers

• Maintain up-to-date nursing documentation

• Manage emergency response situations as needed

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and licensure standards

Requirements:

• Active RN license in North Carolina mandatory

• CPR and BLS certifications required

• Preferred experience in high-acuity or pediatric nursing

• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills

• Effective leadership and communication capabilities
