- Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Grocery Department.
- Supervise the overall operation of the grocery department.
- Assist Management with recruitment, training, supervision and performance management of team members in compliance with the collective agreement.
- Ensure outstanding and courteous guest service.
- Perform duties and responsibilities of a cashier.
- Assist with receiving, pricing and displaying of merchandise.
- Receive all products in accordance with Discovery Co-op policies and procedures; inspect all received goods to ensure quality and completeness of the order.
- Perform other duties assigned.
