You will be directly involved in achieving sales goals, training and promoting F&I products through expert communication and relationship management. Participate in various training activities to build upon your expertise while using sales analytics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through effective F&I product offerings

• Facilitate in-store training with F&I Managers

• Oversee administration of competency testing

• Engage in performance tracking and reporting

• Communicate with supervisors about sales insights

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in Sales and Management experience

• Proven teamwork, training, and mentorship skills
