The X3 Sports Membership Coach is the face of X3 Sports to members, guests, and staff. They are responsible for selling memberships, member retention, and providing high quality customer service to all members and guests. Works as part of the sales team, increases revenues, increases member engagement, improves member activity, enhances quality of service, improves member retention, and delivers on the X3 Sports Promise – Real Training.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Two to four years of prior sales experience preferred
Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational, and friendly
Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales targets

Participates in community activities such as races and health fairs to raise awareness of X3 Sports and create interest in club membership
Prospects for qualified leads and creates traffic through referrals
Reaches and surpasses monthly sales and performance goals
Ability to follow and update the sales process in CRM and other Company provided tools
Performs all basic transactions including billing changes, freezes, cancellations, etc. as necessary
Attends sales and training meetings as required
Job Expectations:
The key performance indicators (KPI) include individual unit sales, merchandise sales, member retention, program growth, quality of memberships, and customer service.
