Position Overview
The Controller will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the organization while serving as a key business partner to leadership. This role will play a critical part in strengthening accounting processes, improving reporting visibility, and helping lead an upcoming ERP implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities (Controller):

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes

• Maintain compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls across the organization

• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and reporting processes

Qualifications (Controller):

• Proven experience in accounting or financial leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Experience leading process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
