- Lead day-to-day operations in designated departments
- Work towards daily objectives as assigned by Operations Manager
- Collaborate with Department Leads regarding production priorities
- Monitor progress and status of jobs on the priorities list
- Maintain workflow schedules
- Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
- Submit material requisition to supervisor for current and future production
- Conduct annual employee evaluations
- Enter and track employee attendance in ADP
- Administer disciplinary actions

- Working knowledge of operations
- Time management skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five Years’ Experience in comparable field/ Production Environment
- Experienced in operating tow motor, overhead crane, and other machinery
- Proficient in Personal Protection Equipment, Global Harmonization System, and Lock Out
- Tag Out- Must be able to train on the above protocols/ OSHA Guidelines
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
