Overview
WACO Products, a division of Ohio Gratings, is hiring a Sales Manager – Environmental to step into a business that’s already winning—strong backlog, consistent demand, and real momentum in the water/wastewater infrastructure space. The challenge isn’t finding work. It’s owning it well, prioritizing the right opportunities, and helping scale the business intentionally

Early on, you’ll lean into estimating and quoting to build product and team credibility. Over time, this evolves into a sales-driven leadership role focused on growth, relationships, and market expansion.
Looking for- Technical sales / estimating background (manufacturing, construction, or similar)
- Ability to navigate both technical and commercial conversations
- Team-first, low-ego leader who wants to build something
- Strong demand—focus on prioritizing, not chasing
