* ** Business ownership**:
You drive revenue, margin and sustainable growth of the Polyurethane business across the DACH region.
* ** Sales strategy**:
You develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with the European growth plan and expand the sales territory.
* ** Team leadership**:
You lead, coach and develop the regional sales team and guide distributors and agents to achieve commercial targets.
* ** Key account management**:
You build and expand strategic customer relationships and negotiate with decision-makers and senior management.
* ** Customer engagement**:
You maintain a strong market presence through regular customer visits, hands-on support during product trials and close technical collaboration.
* ** Market development**:
You identify new market opportunities, secure product approvals and establish long-term supplier positions with key customers.
* ** Cross-functional collaboration**:
You work closely with Technology, Laboratory, Marketing and Operations to ensure a competitive and future-oriented product portfolio.#

Qualifications:

* ** Industry experience**:
Several years of proven experience in technical sales within the Polyurethane industry.
* ** Leadership experience:
** Ideally, you have initial experience leading and developing sales teams, preferably in an international or matrix organization**.**
* ** Commercial mindset**:
Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute sales plans and deliver measurable results.
* ** Key account expertise**:
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex customer relationships at senior level.
* ** Channel management**:
Experience managing and developing distributor and agent networks.
* ** Business acumen**:
Solid understanding of margin management, budgeting and performance indicators.
* ** Languages and mobility**:
Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region.
