Position: Receptionist | PKF  |

One of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in South Africa is looking for a Receptionist to join their amazing team!

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
  • Matric
  • 0 – 3 years’ experience
  • Previous reception experience will be beneficial
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • MS Office experience
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Friendly and professional
  • Presentable and well spoken
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering of switchboard – first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees and clients.
  • Receive guests and clients.
  • Arrange beverages for all meetings/appointments.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, stocked, and organised, and managing supplies.
  • Coordinate and place orders for office consumables and supplies, including kitchen and cleaning items, and ensure stock is replenished as required.
  • Assisting with all ad hoc requests from management.
