One of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in South Africa is looking for a Receptionist to join their amazing team!
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES- Matric
- 0 – 3 years’ experience
- Previous reception experience will be beneficial
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- MS Office experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Friendly and professional
- Presentable and well spoken
- Answering of switchboard – first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees and clients.
- Receive guests and clients.
- Arrange beverages for all meetings/appointments.
- Keeping the reception area tidy, stocked, and organised, and managing supplies.
- Coordinate and place orders for office consumables and supplies, including kitchen and cleaning items, and ensure stock is replenished as required.
- Assisting with all ad hoc requests from management.
