About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales (BAE) to join our dynamic insurance sales team. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles rejection well, and is motivated by high commissions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience selling either long-term or short-term insurance products, with a proven track record of closing sales via cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers daily.
· Sell long-term insurance products confidently and compliantly.
· Use persuasive communication to convert leads into paying policyholders.
· Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance product.
· Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
· Follow all FAIS, FICA, and industry regulatory requirements.
· Uphold a professional, customer-focused approach on every call.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of outbound insurance sales experience (short-term or long-term insurance required).
· Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills.
· Proven ability to close sales in a competitive environment.
· Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with commission-only earning.
· Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
· FAIS qualification (advantage).
· RE5 certified (advantage).
· Must be compliant with all regulatory requirements or willing to become compliant.
