Role - Associate/Principal Landscape Architect (Design)

Location - Cardiff

Salary - £DOE

We're looking for someone who can lead projects from concept through to delivery, bringing fresh ideas, strong technical knowledge, and a collaborative approach. You'll be working on a variety of public realm, urban regeneration, and landscape-led master planning projects, helping shape places that make a real difference to people’s lives.

• Developing high‑quality landscape designs
• Leading projects through all stages
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a creative, positive studio culture
• Working closely with clients, local authorities, and other disciplines
• Helping to grow the design portfolio by contributing to bids and proposals

• A degree/post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture
• CMLI with a strong track record in landscape architecture
• A passion for great design
• Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
• A good understanding of UK planning policy and sustainability principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
