Shift Pattern:
Days. Hours per week: 20. Pay Rate: £12.71 (Retail Hourly).

• Serve customers with heart and pride while loading the van or delivering goods to regular customers.
• Deliver products right to customers’ front doors with a smile.
• Maintain the van by ensuring it is clean and fit for the next delivery.
• Assist team with picking and packing online orders when busy.

• Customer-focused: enjoy helping people and making their experience positive.
• Team player: work well with others and support colleagues.
• Reliable: show up ready to work and take pride in what you do.
• Positive attitude: bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
• Willing to learn: open to training and keen to build skills.

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) valid for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings; no two days are the same.
