Target Group in Cardiff is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their 1st Line IT Service Desk team. You will manage service desk tickets, assist with software deployments, and ensure excellent customer service for over 500 colleagues.
This permanent role involves a hybrid working model with a focus on teamwork. Successful candidates will have a friendly and proactive approach, as well as a passion for resolving IT issues efficiently.
