Site Supervisor – Mechanical South Glamorgan

As a Site Supervisor – Mechanical, you will coordinate site operations and oversee subcontractors on a state‑of‑the‑art cancer centre project. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring all work is completed in line with current drawings, specifications, programme requirements, and health & safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards
• Monitor progress and communicate delays or issues to senior management
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Ensure only trained and authorised personnel carry out assigned tasks
• Maintain clean, organised, and compliant work areas
• Implement and monitor QA procedures and site compliance
• Promote continuous improvement and professional standards on site

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and decision‑making ability
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering procedures and Health & Safety regulations
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and installation practices
