Our Sales Consultant opportunity is deserving of an individual with exceptional sales and customer service skills, that go beyond the normal retail environment, with a passion for luxury timepieces. Enthusiasm should come as standard and creating magical moments will be part of your everyday environment.

Our Cardiff based team colleagues assist 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

How We Envision Your Role
  • Provide customers with the knowledge they require to select pieces from our luxury jewellery and watch collections, enabling them to make informed purchases while always acting in their best interests.
  • Deliver an exceptional and personal service, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves with a memorable experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of both high-end jewellery and luxury watches, conveying this with confidence, pride and enthusiasm.
  • Attract new customers by responding to inbound enquiries (online, telephone and in-store), identifying and qualifying their jewellery and watch needs.
  • Strive to achieve individual and store sales targets, maintaining a strong commercial focus.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards across all jewellery, watches and the showroom environment.
  • Support customers with aftersales services, including repairs, servicing and alterations.
  • Proactively follow up with customers post-purchase, providing aftercare support and building long‑term relationships.
  • Take ownership of stock handling, including stock counts, high‑value product management and inventory accuracy.
The Perfect Person We Are Looking For
  • A genuine passion for luxury products, particularly fine jewellery and premium watches.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with in luxury retail (jewellery or watches preferred, but not essential).
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong commitment to creating lasting client relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and team-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently when required.
