Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week, with flexible part‑time options down to 12 hours. We love to hear from candidates wanting fewer hours.

We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you'll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches, let us know.

Applicants must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves work in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirit sections, counters, bakery, or driving roles.
