Our Tesco colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we also have opportunities for this.

We recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. Minimum age requirements apply for certain shifts and roles, such as working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or in areas like the warehouse, beer/wine/spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles. Candidates over the age of 18 are eligible for positions requiring such schedules.
