Join our Trainee Bus Driver program and become a qualified bus or coach driver.

No experience required. We offer the training and assistance you need to kickstart your journey, that’s all we ask from you is that you have a passion for customer service excellence and hold a valid car licence with no more than 3 points.

• Guaranteed Hours
  : 40 hours per week minimum, with additional overtime possibilities.
• Competitive Salary
  : £13.44
  * per hour during training, increasing £13.73 per hour once fully trained. This guarantees a minimum annual salary of £28,538 with opportunities for additional overtime.
• Enhanced Sunday rate
  : £16.46 per hour.

  Receive weekly pay through bank transfer with digital payslips.

We only ask for three things from you:

• A valid UK driving license
  :
  Ensure your driving licence has no more than 3 penalty points and you have not been disqualified from driving in the last ten years.
• UK driving experience
  :
  You have at least one year of UK driving experience and have held a valid UK driving licence for one year.
• Customer service skills
  :
  Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
