IAM Engineer

We are seeking an IAM Engineer with experience in identity management systems, access governance, and service engineering. You will be part of a dedicated IAM team responsible for reducing complexity, promoting reuse, and managing change and risk across various business units. You will be involved in implementing and supporting IAM services, automating workflows, and providing technical expertise in authentication and access control — using AI tools as a natural part of how you work.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with IAM technologies, authentication protocols, and automation, and is comfortable leveraging AI to work more efficiently and effectively.

**** You Are**:
** Provide technical expertise in the implementation of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Reporting to the IAM Manager, this role will collaborate with security teams, IT  administrators, and business units on a regular basis. Other key interactions include cloud  engineers, Dev Ops teams, and compliance officers.
* A Dev Ops mindset with experience in Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
* Strong understanding of IAM workflows and access governance.
* Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, AWS, Azure, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, FIM/MIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and Git Hub.
* Strong knowledge of IT service management, including service design, transition, and    delivery.
* Experience developing automated workflows and tools for service delivery.
* Experience solving service delivery-related performance issues.
* Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, NodeJS, React,    Angular, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Comfort using AI coding assistants and productivity tools as part of your daily workflow.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively    in a cross-functional team.
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or cybersecurity.
* Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
* Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and IAM best practices.
* Familiarity with zero-trust security models and identity federation.
