Children's Registered Manager
Location:
Manchester
- Work with RI to safely manage a children's residential care home
- Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Recruit, manage and develop staff team in partnership with the HR team
- Supervise residential staff including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Collaborate with Senior Management Team to align service with company policies and procedures
- Oversee quality assurance
- Manage budget
- Work full‑time Monday to Friday, with on‑call duties as required
- Operate within a national organisation specialising in OFSTED‑regulated support services, offering development and career progression opportunities
Up to £60,000 + bonuses
Requirements- Level 5 qualification in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience
