We will train you to the sub-contractor industry and all it’s complexities. :) You will assist with the phones, taking and relaying messages. Also accounts payable and receivable, invoices, processing checks, billing, entering data into system. You will be the person who stays on top of what needs to get done. We will also count on you to keep us organized and alert to deadlines and stay on top of any bid processes that we are currently undertaking. When a project is finished and we've been paid, you will help us issue a waiver of lien and or partial waiver. Basically, we will trust you and train you to all aspects of our small but super successful and well-established sub contractor-type construction company.
