The company partners closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop custom molded solutions that support complex equipment, infrastructure, and product applications. Their capabilities include custom injection molding, tooling coordination, engineered plastic component manufacturing, product development collaboration, and long-term production support for nationally recognized OEM accounts.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management within custom injection molding or engineered plastics manufacturing environments
- Experience working for a custom injection molding manufacturer serving OEM industrial customers
- Proven background selling custom injection molded plastic components, engineered thermoplastic parts, or OEM molded assemblies
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling strategy, material selection, manufacturability, and production feasibility
- Experience supporting customer programs from prototype and tooling stages through full production launch
- Ability to work directly with engineering teams, sourcing groups, manufacturing leadership, quality, and operations teams
- Experience managing long-term OEM customer relationships and growing strategic industrial accounts
- Experience selling into industrial manufacturing, electrical infrastructure, transportation, commercial equipment, or engineered product markets
- Comfortable discussing custom molding capabilities, production limitations, tooling considerations, and technical manufacturing solutions with customers
- Knowledge of engineered thermoplastics and custom molded component applications
- Candidates without direct custom injection molding manufacturing sales experience will not be considered
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
