Covenant Living, the nation’s sixth‑largest nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking qualified candidates for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to fulfill our common purpose: to create joy and peace of mind for our residents and their families by improving their quality of life. Positions are available in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.
- Reports directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
- Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
- Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
- Provides basic personal care to residents according to procedures and daily assignment (e.g., bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer).
- Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner by light housekeeping, changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing and personal effects, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away.
- Notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
- Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding.
- May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
- Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
$19.13 – $25.43 per hour
Reasonable Pay EstimateA reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 – $25.43 per hour. Factors considered in determining the actual offered rate include job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal and external equity.
