Based in our headquarters office in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we’re looking for an Inbound Logistics Associate to support our Operations Team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting Incoming Team with shipping documents;
Follow the shipments and their customs clearance process;
Constant contact with freight forwarders and suppliers;
Collaboration with internal stakeholders;
Trace import shipments until their arrival to the warehouse;
Contact with warehouse by sharing goods arrivals.
SKILLS:
At least 1 year in similar role;
Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Critical analysis and problem solving with a team player attitude.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
Strong knowledge of English.
