Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on‑site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on‑site work.
  • Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • Use cutting‑edge software and technology, plus a variety of hand‑tools, to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Display team effort and dedication by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
  • Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company‑issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • Technical school or formal training preferred.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., Smartphone, iPad).
  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years).
  • EPA certification required.
Compensation

Annual base salary range (hourly): $25.70 – $47.35. Compensation type: hourly. Incentive eligible:
