The estimated base salary range for this role is $21.23 per hour. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clocks to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak.
  • Conduct inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed.
  • Works with peers to coordinate movement of assembled parts and/or products to the next step operation.
  • Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies.
  • Maintains accurate stock counts.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels to include root cause analysis.
  • Suggest solutions for continuous improvements.
  • Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
  • Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
  • Researches, analyzes, and reconciles all variances reported.
  • Cycle count all material in the warehouse with a concentration in the Modula area.
  • Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.
  • Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
  • Completes requests from Purchasing, AP, Engineering and Production Departments.
  • Follows safety protocols and wears personal protective equipment as required.
  • Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Possess basic arithmetic skills.
  • Use intermediate or higher Excel skills and general personal computer skills.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule.
  • Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, calipers, and tapes accurately.
  • Analyze data electronically and edit data quickly and accurately.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills; a team player willing to learn.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (wear required PPE, work in a dusty, hot, non–climate‑controlled setting; use stairs, frequent walking, standing and occasional lifting of material).
  • Ability to work off‑shift hours in support of plant initiatives.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in core Inventory Control role within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be available to work schedule (M-F 11:30am‑8:00pm).
Physical and Mental Demands

  • Must be able to complete physical assessment.
  • Regularly stand, walk, and may sit for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly use hand‑eye coordination, grasp, manipulate, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
Work Environment
  • Office Environment – May operate in a professional office environment; not exposed to adverse environmental conditions; uses standard office equipment; no PPE required.
