- Prepare and post month‑end journal entries accurately and on time
- Compute commissions, bonuses, rebates, and royalties per agreements
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Post transactions and maintain data accuracy in multiple ERP systems
- Support variance analysis and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data integrity and timely processing
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects to improve processes and expand expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience (multi‑entity or fast‑paced environment preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Experience with multiple ERP systems (Sage MAS 100, Sage 500, Net Suite, Microsoft AX, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in high‑volume environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High ethical standards and integrity
