Location: Cartersville, GA (On‑Site)
Salary: Up to $65,000 + Benefits + PTO

Stable and growing industrial products company seeking a Bookkeeper to support accounting operations following the retirement of a long‑tenured employee. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with strong leadership and long‑term stability.

The Bookkeeper will manage day‑to‑day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced environment.

• Process ~100 AP invoices per week accurately and timely
• Handle cash applications, posting, and account reconciliations
• Support AR functions and assist with customer credit management
• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (hourly and salary)
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Partner with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
• Utilize Net Suite, Ramp, and other financial systems

• 10+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with AP, AR, and payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Experience with Net Suite preferred
