We are seeking a Genesys Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. This role requires strong expertise in Genesys configuration, IVR design, call flow development, and integration of APIs and automation tools.
Skills & Experience- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration.
- IVR Design & Call Flow development, including secure flow & bots.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads.
- Experience with APIs, Web Services (RESTful, JSON, OAuth).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Power Shell) for automation.
- Good experience with Genesys Cloud CI/CD and Dev Ops.
- Experience required: 6-8 years in related fields.
