Winter Springs, FL 32708 Compensation & Benefits:
The position will provide a competitive hourly rate of $19.75, and includes the following comprehensive benefits package offering:

Schedule:
Shift includes 40 hours per week between Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). Schedule will be based on the needs of the department.
* D riving requirement to the local DMV on a weekly or bi-weekly basis .
Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A high school education or GED. Interpersonal
Skills:
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Physical Requirements:
This is a largely sedentary role, however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending as necessary. Work Environment:

Perform DMV titling, tracking, recording and maintenance with all States to ensure credit union lien recording. Prepare legal transfer documentation to submit to the State Motor Vehicle department. Investigate and research titles to correct and/or perfect our liens. Work with members, dealers and States on complex issues related to vehicle titles. Send necessary documentation to organizations, businesses, financial institutions, and members to complete title work.
Assist members and employees with all lien questions and paid loan lien questions. Work proactively with Retail staff and the Business Services department to make sure they have all documents in a timely manner to perfect our lien. Monitor and track the receipt of appropriate titles, insurance and DMV documentation from dealers. Conduct title audits, ensuring all titles were obtained.
Balance departmental General Ledgers as is relates to tag and title fees. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
