We are hiring a full-time Receptionist for our Castlegar office, offering $20.00 to $24.00 hourly. This role requires basic bookkeeping knowledge and strong customer service skills.

AVE, we need a Receptionist ready to manage front office operations. Successful applicants should possess a diploma in accounting technology or bookkeeping, and while experience is preferable, it is not essential. Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling the switchboard, and maintaining office supply levels to create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic information and help clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments for services
• Record transactions and financial information
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Perform general clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Certification in accounting-related field
• Experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong organizational skills are necessary
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• On-site presence required with no remote option
