Account Support Advisor

Responsibilities

• Inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one‑call resolution
• Provide professional oral and written correspondence with all internal and external customers
• Use a consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions
• Understand the various types of agreements and the end‑of‑term process for each
• Consistently meet or exceed daily core responsibilities
• Complete basic team tasks
• Understand and abide by account security procedures for all interactions
• Effectively communicate with fellow ASA’s to coordinate workflow and coverage needs

• Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
• Experience:
  
  Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Microsoft Office Suite;
  Salesforce experience desired
• Other Requirements:
  Detail oriented, ability to multi‑task, decision making, collection skills, cross training, time management, accountability, high level of written and verbal communication skills, customer oriented, complaint resolution, and resolution of mathematical errors
